The location to the stores, restaurants and Thanksgiving point museum. The outdoor pool and hot tub was great perfect temperature during the cold and when it was snowing! Awesome. The breakfast was great also so much options to choose from. The gym was very well equipped. Hotel Was clean and nicely decorated. The staff were great and pretty much this hotel was one of our favorite hotels that we have stayed at.

The room was nice and clean, and the bed was great. The pillows needed to be a bit firmer, but overall, the room was fantastic. The breakfast had a great selection. I follow Weight Watchers and am always looking for nice fruit, egg, and oatmeal options, and this checked every box. My husband, on the other hand, enjoyed the bacon, potatoes, and eggs along with some OJ. We will stay again.

The bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast the best I have ever eaten at a hotel. The fruit compote was like having dessert for breakfast. They moved us to a different room when we, unfortunately, got a room with a herd of bounding children above us. We appreciated this as our visit would have been ruined with all the noise that group was making. We had asked for a top floor because of this type of problem, but they had to put us on one floor down. The rest of our visit was pleasant and quiet.

The location. Proximity to restaurants and stores. The heated pool, the fire pit. The lobby with seating for visiting was really nice. We stayed with multiple families and we were able to visit in the lobby before retiring to our rooms.

I have stayed in several other hotels in the area and this property rates a 10. The breakfast was exceptional with a good variety of hot food and fruit. Spacious areas to eat inside and outside. The lobby has private areas to work or relax. High quality bed and pillows. This is now my hotel choice. No more shopping for me. Oh, my business? Hospitality. I'm quite particular.

Staff is amazing, breakfast was very good. Maid service was excellent. One of the maintenance workers went out of his way to fix my granddaughters pool raft. I want to say his name is Ruben but I am not positive. I give our stay a 10 out of 10. We will be back next year for our school shopping trip. Thank you for making our trip perfect!!!

Location is great. In general Lehi is a well communicated place. Near to shops and restaurants.

Great location …lots of food and shopping access… close to major metro areas and entertainment… we stay there because of medical reasons and its proximity to a nearby medical facility…. but we still are appreciative of all the amenities mentioned. Having stayed at multiple similar hotels it’s obvious Not all Hyatt’s are equal… this one is exceptional … breakfast was wonderful… their shuttle service was extraordinary even though we didn’t use it … just the fact that they have such a service is a level up from other locations both in and out of state

The room was large and very comfortable. Breakfast was good. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The shower was excellent. Had great view and lots of shopping near-by. We loved the room and the location.

The room was quiet, clean and easily accessible. We were able to get a room next to our family - which was great! The breakfast selection had a good variation of items from which to choose.
